This policy explains what information Ink & Bloom ("we", "us") collects when you visit inkandbloom.studio or buy our products, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Our checkout and delivery are handled by third-party platforms (for example, Gumroad or Amazon). When you purchase, those platforms process your payment and share with us only what is needed to fulfil your order and provide support: your name, email address, order details, and the products you bought. We do not see or store your full card number.
We keep your email address and the content of your messages so we can reply and remember the context if you write again.
We keep no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics that profile you. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as your browser type and approximate country) to serve pages securely. That data is not used to identify you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask for it.
This website itself sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. If a future page ever embeds third-party content that sets cookies, we will say so on that page before it loads.
Only the services needed to run the shop: our payment and delivery platforms, our email provider, and our website host. Each processes data under their own privacy policies, which you can review on their websites. We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Order and support records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your email correspondence at any time.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act — we honour those rights for every customer, everywhere.
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
